Bakonyerdő Erdészeti és Faipari Zrt.  (Bakonyerdő Forestry and Wood Industry Zrt.)  manages a total of 63,000 hectares of geographically diverse territory rich in game. The majority of the hunting grounds are located on highland terrain, stretching deep into the ranges of the Bakony Mountains and forming part of the Balaton Uplands. Additionally, visitors have the option of hunting on either one of two essentially lowland territories. There is an annual total bag size of about 4,500 big game on the territory managed by Bakonyerdő, of which approximately 1,000 are trophy game.

The hunting grounds, which are primarily big game dominated, offer red, fallow and roe deer, mouflon and wild boar. Visitors can hunt individually or in hunting parties.
Mouflon ram trophies and wild boar drives are of exceptional quality. Bakonyerdő Zrt.'s three wild boar preserves await big-yield hunters.
