Our object is make your Hungarian holiday more wonderful, so we can organise varied programs for our guests and their families or friends.
We would like to offer you some of these programs, but of course we satisfy special requests too.
Wine tasting
Hungary is world famous from its great wine. The whole territory of the country is suitable for viticulture, because of the soil and climate. As a result Hungary has 22 wine regions. The main advantage of Hungarian wines is the variety, so they have a wide scale, which includes classic wine stiles from white wines to full red wines.

You can find a large diversity in the grape varieties too. There is a balance between the Hungarian and the international varieties. The 75% of Hungarian wine is white, but as a result of excellent red wines from Villány, Eger and Szekszárd wine region, Hungary is known as a red wine grower country. The north wine regions traditionally make white wines, but in contrast in the southwest and south regions the red wines are more frequient.

The most famous Hungarian wine is the Tokaji Aszú, which has a high fame in abroad too. As a result of its unique capabilities and the culture-creating capacity Tokaj became a World Heritage Site in 2002 under the name Tokaj Wine Region Historic Cultural Landscape. Famous is also the wine called Bull's Blood (Egri Bikavér), a dark, full-bodied red wine

We think it is very important to show our great wines for our guests, so you can complete the huntings with visiting cellars and tasting wines. In the autumn period you should be take part in harvest festivals, which have an excellent feeling.
The cuisine is one of the dominant elements from Hungarian culture. It has varied, unique and characteristic flavors. Traditional Hungarian dishes are primarily based on meats, seasonal vegetables, fruits, fresh bread, dairy products and cheeses.

Its world famous dishes:
- Goulash (a stew with more gravy or a soup using meat with bones, paprika, caraway, vegetables (typically carrots and parsley root) and potatoes or various tiny dumplings or pasta simmered with the meat.)

- Fisherman’s soup (hot and spicy fish soup with hot paprika)

- Chichen paprika (a stew with a lot of sweet paprika, cream or sour cream)

- Dobos cake (sponge cake layered with chocolate paste and glazed with caramel and nuts)

- Gundel pancake (Gundel crepe, stuffed with walnuts and served in chocolate sauce, often flambéed)
